Reservation and Payments
1.1 Making a Reservation: By making a reservation through HOMY, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including personal details, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
1.2 Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize HOMY to charge the specified amount for the reservation, including any applicable fees, taxes, or charges.

1.3 Refund Policy: HOMY offers a full refund within 48 hours of making a reservation unless reservation is within 60 day, if reservation is within 60 days NO REFUND. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within this timeframe. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used.

Delivery Confirmation and Communication
2.1 Reservation Confirmation: Upon making a reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation within 24 hours. The confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
2.2 Communication: You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information and promptly respond to any communication from HOMY or the property owner/manager regarding your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policy: HOMY has a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a 50% refund up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival. To initiate the cancellation and refund process, please contact our customer support team.
3.2 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used during the booking. The refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

User Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the reservation process. HOMY is not liable for any issues or inconveniences caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
4.2 Compliance with Policies: You are responsible for familiarizing yourself and complying with all the policies, terms, and conditions outlined on the HOMY website, including the refund policy and cancellation policy.

4.3 Payment and Security: You are responsible for ensuring the security of your payment details when making a reservation on HOMY. You should protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access. HOMY is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your payment information.

4.4 Communication: You are responsible for maintaining clear and appropriate communication with HOMY and the property owner or manager. This includes providing accurate contact information, promptly responding to inquiries or requests for information, and notifying HOMY or the property owner/manager of any changes or issues related to your reservation.

Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of HOMY is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using HOMY, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
HOMY and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in property listings and descriptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HOMY is based. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Modifications to the Agreement
HOMY reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of HOMY after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
